
The Fromagerie Du Champ à la meule has been making raw milk farmhouse cheese since 1995. The milk used to make the cheeses comes from an Ayrshire cow herd, which has always been the same herd. The cheese factory proposes three cheeses, including the famous Victor et Berthold, a washed rind semi firm cheese and ripened for at least 75 days.
