Cucurbitaceae

In Sainte-Élizabeth, farmers grow squashes, among other fruit and vegetables. In this village, you will easily find more than 300 varieties of squashes and other cucurbitaceae, including some that are used only for decoration and others for consumption. On the premises, you can meet the farmer-producers, who are passionate with their trade, and go on a guided tour of the fields, attend a sampling of some products and enjoy some culinary tips. Created in order to promote squashes, the Courgerie has won some prizes at the Grands Prix du tourisme.
