Swiss cheese
The Suisse Normande is a cheese factory founded in 1995. The owner and his wife, who are both from Europe (she is from Switzerlandand he is from Normandy), use the milk from their goat flock for a better quality control. The cow milk used to create other cheeses comes from their neighbour's dairy farm. Several of their cheeses are made with raw milk, coming from either cows or goats.
