The Cabane à sucre Constantin Grégoire is a real family tradition. For more than 35 years now, the members of the Grégoire family have been welcoming their friends and clients in a shack that can welcome up to 500 people. Three large dining rooms and one dance room are available for groups who want to have a sugary meal.
Take advantage of your visit to learn more about maple syrup making, from the gathering of maple sap to your plate. You can also visit the mini-farm, observe a few white-tailed deer in their enclosure or slide down the snowy slope. You can also go on a horse-drawn carriage ride, drawn by two beautiful Belgian horses. Follow the interpretation path, dance to the music of the band or sample maple taffy on snow. In the weekends, a make-up artist is on the premises to paint some beautiful drawings on your children’s cheeks!
On the menu: sausages in syrup, homemade pea soup, baked beans, maple-flavoured ham, pork grills, omelettes, homemade marinades, eggs in syrup, homemade pancakes, sugar pies and many other delicacies. Off season, you can rent the reception rooms for any type of event. Before you leave, stop at the boutique to buy some maple products like maple butter, maple syrup of course, maple caramel, maple jelly and maple candies.
