What happens when a Quebecker and a French woman, who are both amateurs of fine cuisine, meet? They decide to open a duck-breeding farm to produce and commercialize foie gras and conserve of duck! This force-feeding breeding farm is an ancestral expertise. It is possible for visitors to see the farm and discover the different growing steps of ducks. On the premises, you can also sample the products and buy foie gras, conserve, fillet and many others.
