Just like several other attractions in the Lanaudière region, l'artisan Fumeur de Mandeville won a prize in the “développement touristique” category at the Grands Prix du tourisme. You can buy a large number of regional products here. Trout is also smoked in the ancestral way with maple wood. A variety of delicatessens made on the premises with bison, boar, hare and duck are also available for sale or consumption.
